1.哪裡可以買得到Olys?
Olys只有在o-lys.com官網買得到。註冊訂閱Olys電子報,讓你第一個得知新上架,補貨等最新資訊。

2.Olys什麼時候會補貨?
我們很努力的在催貨補貨。請加入等候名單,我們將會通知您商品補貨上架時間。

3.我可以換貨嗎?
目前無換貨服務。我們建議您退貨後,重新下單購買商品。我們收到您的退貨通知後,會進行退貨程序,款項會退回您所付款的信用卡或銀行帳戶中。

 

4.如果收到錯誤上品怎麼辦?

我們深感抱歉您收到錯誤的商品。請幫我把錯誤商品拍照E-MAIL給客服。我們會盡快幫您解決問題。退款時間已收到退貨商品檢查無誤後7-14天(不包含假日)完成退款作業程序。請注意!逾期退貨,恕不受理。(簽收日隔日算起七天。)

5.你們有寄到國外嗎?
有的,我們全球都有寄送。更多國際運送資訊,請至我們的配送連結。

6.有幾種付款方式?

線上刷卡(Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

台灣信用卡

ATM帳號匯款(一日內未匯款訂單自動取消)。

7.我該買什麼尺寸?
請參考我們的尺寸表,選擇你所穿的尺寸。如有問題,請聯絡我們客服人員。

8.七天鑑賞期
從你取貨的第一日開始算起(不論簽收人是否為買家本人,家人或是朋友,只要簽收便開始計算鑑賞期。

9.什麼時候會收到我的商品?
當購買定單成功送出後,請給我們2-3天的時間包裝從我們的公司出貨。訂單完成,在24小時內會收到訂單購買成功的email通知以及追蹤或好。包裹預計抵達時間在5-7天內抵達(不含國定假日)。

10.使用ATM轉帳付款者,務必匯款後於訂單下方留言後轉帳卡號後五碼或是匯款截圖以利對帳,請勿傳於IG或是LINE留言,避免遺漏訊息。

1. Where can I buy Olys?

Olys is sold exclusively on our website. Be the first to know about new collections, restocks, and more by signing up for emails here.

 

2. When will you restock ?

We are working hard to do another restock soon. Please join the waitlist to be the first notified when it is back in stock.

 

3. Can I exchange my item?

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you’d like to return and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our studio and being processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

 

4. Can you help with a damaged product?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to our email with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 7 days return window cannot be returned and refunded.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries. For more international shipping please visit shipping method on our website.

 

6. What payment options do you accept ?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and local banks debit cards. You card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You can also choose to pay with ATM transfer (ATM card).

 

7. What size should I buy ?

Check out the Olys size guides to find your size. If you have further questions please contact us.

8. Seven days cooling-off period

Starting from the date you received the packages.

9. How long will I receive my orders?

Once an order is placed , please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our studio. Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days fro the package to arrive from the day your order is shipped.

It normally takes 5-7days (not include holidays).

10. ATM transfer

Please note that after your transferring, make sure to provide screenshot of your recipe or give us the last 5 digits of your bank account. Please make sure to send to our customer service email.
