1. Where can I buy Olys?
Olys can only be bought on the o-lys.com official website. Sign up to subscribe to the Olys newsletter, let you be the first to know about new shelves, replenishment and other latest information.

2. When will Olys restock?
We are working very hard to replenish the goods. Please join the waiting list and we will notify you when the product will be restocked.

3. Can I exchange the goods?
There are currently no exchanges. We recommend that you place a new order to purchase the product after returning it. After we receive your return notification, we will proceed with the return procedure, and the payment will be returned to the credit card or bank account you paid for.

4. What should I do if I receive the wrong top product?

We're sorry you received the wrong item. Please help me take a picture of the wrong product and E-MAIL it to customer service. We will help you solve the problem as soon as possible. Refund Time The refund procedure will be completed within 7-14 days (excluding holidays) after the returned goods have been checked and found to be correct. Please note! Late returns will not be accepted. (Seven days from the day after the receipt date.)

5. Have you sent abroad?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For more international shipping information, please go to our shipping link.

6. How many payment methods are there?

Online card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

Taiwan credit card

ATM account remittance (orders not remitted within one day will be automatically canceled).

7. What size should I buy?
Please refer to our size chart to choose the size you are wearing. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service staff.

8. The seven-day appreciation period <br> starts from the first day you pick up the goods (regardless of whether the recipient is the buyer himself, a family member or a friend, as long as the sign is received, the appreciation period will start to be counted.

9. When will I receive my item?
When the purchase order is successfully sent, please allow us 2-3 days to pack and ship from our company. After the order is completed, you will receive an email notification of the successful purchase of the order and tracking or good within 24 hours. The package is expected to arrive within 5-7 days (excluding national holidays).

10. For those who pay by ATM transfer , be sure to leave a message at the bottom of the order after remittance, and then transfer the last five digits of the card number or a screenshot of the remittance to facilitate account reconciliation. Please do not post messages on IG or LINE to avoid missing messages.

2. When will you restock?

We are working hard to do another restock soon. Please join the waitlist to be the first notified when it is back in stock.

3. Can I exchange my item?

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our studio and being processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

4. Can you help with a damaged product?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to our email with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 7 days return window cannot be returned and refunded.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries. For more international shipping please visit shipping method on our website.

6. What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and local banks debit cards. You card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You can also choose to pay with ATM transfer (ATM card).

7. What size should I buy?

8. Seven days cooling-off period

Starting from the date you received the packages.

9. How long will I receive my orders?

Once an order is placed , please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our studio. Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days fro the package to arrive from the day your order is shipped.

It normally takes 5-7days (not include holidays).

10. ATM transfer

Please note that after your transferring, make sure to provide screenshot of your recipe or give us the last 5 digits of your bank account. Please make sure to send to our customer service email.
