Purchase Notes

1. The products that apply for return and exchange are only accepted if they have not been worn, have not been washed, have not been used in water, have not been stained with cosmetics, or are otherwise stained (including smell). So as not to affect your rights and interests of return and exchange. Multiple returns are not accepted for returns. Please include the order details when returning the product.

2. Return within 7 days of receipt. The date is calculated from the day the package is sent.

3. We do not provide replacement service. We recommend that you place a new shopping order after applying for a return.

4. Underwear, panties, and chest pads are personal clothing and belong to hygienic products, which do not apply to the seven-day commodity appreciation period, and there is no return or exchange service after unpacking. Due to hygienic considerations, sports accessories, and fragrance series products will not be returned or exchanged after unpacking unless they are defective. Please be informed.

5. Special offer items cannot be returned.

6. Due to the production time of each batch and the color or length of each batch, there will be a slight difference in the size of the product. It is normal for the size difference to be less than 2 cm. The color part is due to the relationship between the computer settings, the actual color will be brighter or darker than the computer, and it is within the normal range. Customers who are more sensitive to colors, please confirm that it is acceptable before subscripting. There are micro-threads or the smell of the fabric itself is within the normal range of international standards, and does not belong to the standard of return or exchange.

7. When we receive your return notice, we will send you a notice of successful return or rejection after we review it. The returns process takes about 5 working days, counting from the day your item is dispatched. Please note that refunds will take 7-10 days to receive your refund (excluding shipping).

8. We accept international returns. Returns, etc. need to be paid by the customer.

9. When checking out, if you encounter technical problems with card swiping, please contact the credit card company and tell them whether they have enabled the 3D verification function. Or contact us Olys, someone will serve you.

1. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, no makeup stains or other damages (including sense) in their original condition and with all tags attached, please include the original order packing slop in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple


2. We accept returns of domestic orders within 7 days of the date the order was shipped.


3. Exchanges are not supported in returns process. We suggest you to return the items and place a new order.


4. Underwear, bras and intimate clothing cannot be returned.


5. Products marked Sale cannot be returned.


6. Refunds with the following reason will not be processed:
Personal reason, color difference (color displayed on the screen varies slightly between different devices), slightly loose threads, odor of clothes (new clothes will have some odor coming from the fabric which will be gone after washing and drying), different color thread ( shorter than 0.2 mm), or unopened buttonholes. Above are all acceptable for quality checks and will not be regarded as defects.


7. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 -10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organization (Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.)


8. International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of customer.
