Shipping method and shipping cost

1. The delivery fee for home delivery is 80 yuan / convenience store delivery is 60 yuan, and the international shipping fee is 800 yuan. The consumption of 6000 yuan is entitled to free shipping.

2. The working days for Taiwan orders are 2-3 days. The calculation starts on the day after you place the order, and it is expected to arrive in 5-7 days. (If the product is out of stock, you have to wait 7-20 days (excluding national holidays). After the product is complete, it will be sent out in sequence.

3. Working days for international orders are 10-14 days. After completing the order on the same day, within 24 hours, you will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase order, the package inquiry number and the e-mail notification of the package delivery.
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the arrival time of international freight packages may be delayed.

4. When picking up the goods at the supermarket, please be sure to bring your ID card to pick up the package. The ID card must match the name filled in when ordering.

Shipping Information

1. For Domestic shipping fee cost is NT.80. We offer free shipping for domestic order over $2000 TWD. International shipping order over $6000 TWD.


2. For Domestic orders ship within 2-3 business days and are expected to arrived 5-10 days business days after your order is placed. (If your items are out of stock, it will then take up to 7-20 days (not including holidays).


3. For International orders, packages are expected to arrive 10-14 business days after your order is placed. Once your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours with a link to track your order and another e-mail mail once it ships.
Due to the pandemic, the estimated time of delivery may be longer.

5. To Pick up package at convenient stores (7-11,Family mart), please bring your photo ID that matches the recipient information.
