配送方式以及運費
1.宅配到府運費80元/便利超商店到店70元,國際運費800元,消費6000元,享有免運費優惠。
2.台灣訂單寄出工作天為2-3天。當天你下單後的當天開始計算,預計5-7天送到抵達。(若遇到商品缺貨狀況,須等7-20天(不含國定假日),商品齊全後,會依序寄出。
3.國際訂單工作天為10-14天。當天完成訂單後,在24小時內,會收到一封e-mail確認購買定單,包裹查詢號碼以及包裹寄出e-mail通知。
因為COVID-19疫情的影響,國際貨運包裹到達時間可能會延遲到貨。
4.超商取貨請務必攜帶證件領取包裹,身分證必須與訂購時填寫的姓名相符。
5.如包裹遺失,請至聯絡我們和我們告知。
Shipping Information
1. For Domestic shipping fee cost is NT.80/Convenient store cost NT.70. We offer free shipping for domestic order over $5000 TWD. International shipping NT.800, order over $6000 TWD.
2. For Domestic orders ship within 2-3 business days and are expected to arrived 5-10 days business days after your order is placed. (If your items is out of stock, it will then take up to 7-20 days (not including holidays).
3. For International orders, packages are expected to arrive 10-14 business days after your order is placed. Once your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours with a link to track your order and another e-mail once it ships.
Due to the pandemic, estimate time of delivery may be longer.
5. To Pick up package at convenient stores (7-11,Family mart), please bring your photo ID that matches the recipient information.
6. For international order, there are standard and express options for international orders. We ship worldwide.
